What to know about the ESA

✺WHO can qualify
Resident of Indiana
5-22 years old, K-12 grade level
Student must have a disability and require special education. Student must submit a complete copy of an Individualized Education Program (IEP), Service Plan (SP), or ESA Service Plan (ESA SP).
Income at or below income qualification ($222,000 for family of four). See complete income table on website.

✺HOW much does a student get
Each student will receive:
90% of the state’s portion of student funding
100% of the state’s special education services funding
Scholarship amount varies according to grade, county of residence, and disability.
*”Indiana has allocated $10 million to ESA, with and average scholarship amount of $17,500 per student.”
